If you already called in an Rx before you came in or you came in and presented a script you are still forced to WAIT IN LINE behind those who came in AFTER you to PICK UP your filled script. That is BS. They should have a SEPARATE "pick up/previously called in only" line. 3/21/2014.

I wanted to do photos via Phone today, which is advertised to be possible. From 3 kiosks only one was working, non of the advertised methods (via cable, via bluetooth, via app) worked. The staff (Molly and a woman with dark hair) was not able (or willing?) to help at all. Very poor service experience. Went to Walgreens, where the system worked perfectly plus I was offered service from the start.
